- Capacity & Fluid Volume: Form-factored precisely to 90ml to maintain a stable hydraulic meniscus pressure right above industrial Konica Minolta printheads (such as the KM512i and KM1024 series).
- 6-Hole Port Layout: Configured with six integrated physical connection sockets on the top/bottom caps. These route dedicated fluid pathways, including the main ink supply line, return/recirculation feeds, positive/negative pressure air cylinders, and sensor couplings.
- UV Curing Blackout Protection: Molded out of high-density black PP (Polypropylene) or specialized light-shielding plastic. This blocks ambient light or stray stray scatter from UV LED lamps, preventing highly reactive UV inks from solidifying inside the tank.
- Internal Float Assembly: Features an integrated stainless steel metal float switch or liquid level sensor to automate ink-replenishment cycles from the main bulk system.
