- Four-Way Equal Load Rating: The internal raceways are engineered at a 45-degree contact angle. This allows the block to handle equal loads from top, bottom, and side directions, preventing carriage tilting during heavy UV lamp acceleration.
- Self-Lubricating End Seals: Premium THK blocks come equipped with side scrapers and laminated contact seals (such as UU or SS configurations) that keep out airborne dust and sticky ink mist.
