- Channel 1 (Color Channels - CMYK/Varnish): Standard colored inks are relatively light, low-viscosity fluids. They require a specific, highly stable negative pressure profile (typically between -2.5 kPa to -3.5 kPa) to sustain smooth, continuous high-frequency droplet firing.
- Channel 2 (White Ink Channel): White UV ink is heavily loaded with titanium dioxide pigments, making it significantly denser, thicker, and heavier than CMYK. If shared on a single pneumatic loop, the physical weight of the white ink column would drag down the overall system pressure, starving the CMYK lines. The secondary negative pressure channel isolates the White ink line, managing it at a slightly stronger, independent pressure scale while safely executing automated white-ink recirculation loops without disturbing the colors.
