- Variable Drop Volume: Features native 7pl (picoliter) droplets up to 35pl in grayscale mode. This enables crisp text rendering alongside smooth, gradient fills.
- Jetting Frequency: Operates at 30 kHz in standard binary mode and 20 kHz in multi-drop grayscale mode.
- Thermal Management: Contains an integrated internal heater and thermistor. It maintains a steady operating temperature of up to 60°C–80°C to drop the viscosity of UV inks down to the optimal 10–12 mPa·s range.
- Structural Material: Built using a stainless steel (SST) nozzle plate, nickel alloys, and epoxy adhesive, making it highly resistant to aggressive UV chemistry.
